We’re signing up to submit documents for a D visa and I can’t figure out what to put in the appointment form. Has anyone been through this — what did you fill in?
I filled the appointment form only for myself — it just asks for your own details, the purpose (visa D) and an approximate entry date. If they ask for a booking, only your name needs to be on the reservation; husband/family don’t need separate ones.
