I read that when applying for EB-1, one of the criteria USCIS counts is participation as a juror/judge — you need to indicate the panel composition, number of members, and structure. Is that just part of the cover letter, or do you need separate supporting documents for it? Has anyone gone through this, please tell me how you formatted it.
Separate documents are mandatory, a petition letter by itself won’t cut it as evidence. Look — you need an invitation from the organizers, a screenshot from the website showing you listed as a judge, and a description of the competition and its scope. When I was assembling my case, I realized the higher the status of the competition and the other jury members, the better it works, so you should disclose who else was on the jury and what level the participants were.
