How it all went
Hello everyone! I’m sharing my story. I started assembling the case in mid-May, without a lawyer. I filed the case on October 1 under premium processing, covering 6 criteria. On October 24 I received a NOID; 5/6 criteria were credited, the contribution was not, and there were questions about the final merits. On November 20 I sent a response to the NOID, submitted additional evidence regarding the contribution plus 2 expert opinions. On December 10 the approval arrived.
