✅ EB-1B: approval
A story of EB-1B approval via Adjustment of Status without an interview, with the green card received one year after filing.
Case details
Filing: March 2025
Decision: April 2026
Timeline: 3 years from starting work with lawyers to receiving the card
How it all went
Hi everyone! Recently (April 9) my EB-1B adjustment of status was approved, the card was issued on April 14 and was delivered around the end of last week (April 17).
The interview was canceled — since filing AoS in March 2025 I only got vaccinations and had my fingerprints taken; the rest was waiting.
The AoS period was from late March 2025 to early April, almost exactly one year. From the start of working on the petition with lawyers to receiving the card — 3 years.
