Could you please advise on the salary requirement for EB-2 NIW? I worked for several years in Russia, then moved to Uzbekistan and am now working there. Do I need to provide salary statistics from both countries, or is one sufficient?
the whole point of the I-140 is to show that the employer can pay a sufficient salary so you won’t have to seek public assistance or other benefits. with self-petitioned cases you declare past foreign income, which logically should be greater than zero. I would take the most recent job as the primary one — that is, Uzbekistan, as the current/relevant employment. Russia can be included additionally if you want to show your career progression, but the Uzbek income alone should be sufficient.
