Am I correct in understanding that you can’t top up any foreign cards at ATMs in Italy? And which card is best to get for Italy in general? I have mBank (мбанк) from Kyrgyzstan, but I’d like to have something else just in case.
You can’t withdraw more than €1,000 in cash — that’s their limit.
