Moving to Italy — residence permit through ospitalità if surname isn't on the lease

Could you tell me, when renewing a residence permit (ВНЖ) on family grounds, does the Questura (police headquarters) accept the ospitalità (dichiarazione di ospitalità / declaration of hospitality) from my husband if my surname is not listed on the rental contract? Or is that a mandatory requirement? I’m a bit worried they might refuse because of this.

There are different reasons for cohabitation or simply living together as a family. Fresh ospitality (Оспиталиты) is usually enough.

And “fresh” — how recent does that need to be? I have an ospitalita (оспиталита) from two months ago; will that do, or is it better to get a new one before the appointment?
