I went to the employment center; by phone they told me to bring only my passport and a certificate from the university. I went — they requested additional identification, even though that wasn’t written anywhere. Does it make sense to try another employment center, or are the requirements the same everywhere? I want to understand the whole process and how it works.
About idoneità (идонеиту) — at our post office appointment (аппунтаменто) nobody asked either, and then during ID verification it turned out it was needed. Different employees in the same center can demand different things — that’s not a bug, it’s a feature of Italian bureaucracy. I’d try calling and asking specifically for your situation — the type of permesso (residence permit), the purpose of the visit.
