Can you tell me if it’s actually possible to transfer cash onto a card before leaving? People say you can’t take banknotes out of the country, so I’m wondering what’s the best thing to do.
P2P transfers to a card aren’t considered exporting cash, so you can buy euros or dollars by transfer without limits. We did that before we moved.
