It turned out my case was transferred to Vermont — I’m wondering why they even do that. I’m in 221(g) administrative processing, and now I don’t understand — does the waiting period reset or not? Does that mean you have to start counting the 15 days again? Has anyone dealt with this?
I had this happen — the case was first sent to Texas, then a few days later they said it was redirected to Vermont. On the tracker it just sat for three weeks saying ‘sent to Vermont’ — it hadn’t physically reached them yet. I don’t know about the 15 days exactly, but until the status changes to something like ‘received’ at the receiving office, I don’t think it makes sense to count it.
