For a critical role, an employer letter — on official letterhead, signed, and from a corporate email — is standard; USCIS accepts such letters without problems. Regarding screenshots of metrics: it’s better not to just attach them separately, but to have management refer to and interpret those data within the letter itself. The officer should see the employer explicitly say, “this person performed a critical role because…” with references to specific figures. Otherwise a screenshot is just a picture without context.
