EB-1 salary criterion — will USCIS accept a Rosstat certificate if the OKVED doesn't match?

Guys, question about the salary criterion for EB-1. My employment contract says “lead specialist” (ведущий специалист), I requested salary statistics from Rosstat (Росстат) for the field of photography — everything related to it. But the OKVED (ОКВЭД) doesn’t match my specialty. Is that okay, will USCIS accept this as evidence for EB-1 or not?

About OKVED — USCIS doesn’t look at Russian classifiers directly; what matters to them is proving that your income is higher than that of other specialists in your field with comparable qualifications. There’s no clear definition in their guidelines of what counts as a high income — the amount depends on the profession, the country and many other factors. If the OKVED (ОКВЭД) code doesn’t match your actual specialty, you’ll most likely have to additionally explain why you’re using those data — it’s better to include a cover letter with a justification.

If, in this reference, the position they examined doesn’t match yours word for word, then no.
