How it went
The EB-1 timeline I’ll repeat from the previous post: on 28 February 2025 we filed the I-140 EB-1 with premium processing; on 14 March it was approved without an RFE; on 13 May we filed I-485 + I-765; on 17 June my wife’s EAD (I-765) was approved; on 28 June she received it; on 19 July the green card approval (Adjustment of Status I-485) arrived. Criteria met: leading role, judging others’ work, high salary, media coverage about me, authorship of articles. It’s important to have strong evidence for each criterion and to avoid using PR services for publications.
