Approval was granted, but after the approval date there have been no updates at all on the case number. I can’t figure out whether the case from the embassy reached USCIS or not. When a case is sent back to USCIS, the system status doesn’t show it at all — we received the exact same letter saying the case was forwarded, but nothing changed online. We wrote to the embassy for clarification — they say this isn’t processing or some intermediate stage, but simply a continuation of the administrative review at a new instance. They don’t know when it will be finished.

The online status won’t update until the State Department closes its part — that’s their process, not yours.
It’s been 37 days since the visa was revoked. The online status hasn’t changed at all during that time — there are occasional views of the case, but they don’t really mean anything. I’ve read that at best you’ll see an updated date, and the status itself will only change when the passport is taken to have the visa sticker affixed. The main thing is not to miss the letter — everything else is just waiting.
