Has anyone worked with M&M Document on EB-1? I’m considering them to prepare a petition and would like to know if anyone has real experience with this company specifically for that category.
I also looked for info on MM Documentation — couldn’t find anything specific about an attorney, and the license isn’t mentioned anywhere. For EB-1 this is really critical: the petition must be signed by a licensed attorney with a bar number, otherwise USCIS simply won’t take it seriously. Google reviews are one thing, but a document confirming that a real attorney is behind the case is another. Ask them directly for the attorney’s name and license number before signing a contract.

Ask for the attorney’s bar number — if they don’t provide it, it’s document-prep, not a law firm. For an I-140 you need a licensed counsel of record; otherwise it’s just a helper with a pretty website.

I’d like more details — is the argumentation weak relative to the criteria, or is it just sloppy formatting? Those are fundamentally different things when an officer reviews an I-140.

My lawyer’s license made all the difference — the first time I filed with a helper who “knew how to do it,” and in the RFE the officer specifically wrote “fails to demonstrate the level required” about the argumentation for two of the five criteria. It wasn’t that the paperwork was sloppy; the logic of the evidence was weak — those are fundamentally different things. A licensed attorney with a bar number is not just a signature on a document; it’s a different level of the petitioner’s brief.
