Has anyone paid a marca da bollo (Italian revenue stamp) online while in Russia? It’s completely unclear how to do this — all the instructions are aimed at people already in Italy. Please share your experience if you’ve dealt with it.
Dealing with Italian digital services from Russia is a real mess. When I registered a PEC (certified email) through Aruba, they also asked for an Italian address, and I didn’t have one yet — I put the address of the hotel I was going to stay at, and it worked. For an online marca da bollo (revenue stamp) via @e.bollo you need SPID or CIE (electronic ID card); without that you can’t get in — same story, everything is designed for people who are already in the system.

I’m exactly stuck with SPID — you can’t get it without a codice fiscale (Italian tax code), and I don’t have one yet. Using a hotel address is pretty extreme, though; I should remember that trick.
