very nice to meet you all! I filed an EB-1A and got an officer who definitely has a reputation here — TSC 0389. He credited 3 of my 7 claimed criteria, but issued a NOID saying I hadn’t shown that I’m in the top % in my field. Tomorrow is the 15th day of premium processing since my response to the NOID was accepted — I’m very worried. I see on Reddit that he likes to deny on the 15th day 
The chat helped find only one successful case here: photographer Anya, who managed to beat this officer. Does anyone possibly have any other information about him?
