Has anyone filed with USCIS in IT and used statements from hh.ru (HeadHunter) as proof of salary level? Several attorneys say that this source isn’t considered reliable and isn’t mentioned in the RFE (Request for Evidence) database as such. I’m preparing an O-1 visa package myself and don’t understand — should I include such statements at all, or is it better to look for alternative industry salary sources right away?
hh.ru as the main source is a bit weak — the officer wants official data: state statistics (Gosstat), tax authorities, something with a verifiable methodology. Better to keep it as a supplement to a proper source, not as the basis.
