O-1 visa and references from HH.ru — does USCIS accept them as evidence?

Who filed with USCIS in IT and used references from HH.ru as proof of salary level? Several attorneys say that this source is not considered reliable and is not mentioned in RFE records as such. I’m preparing an O-1 visa package myself and don’t understand — is it worth including these references at all, or is it better to immediately look for alternative industry salary sources?

hh.ru as the main source is a bit weak — the officer wants official data: state statistics (Gosstat), tax authorities, something with a verifiable methodology. Better to keep it as a supplement to a proper source, not as the basis.
