My lawyer says that if your O-1 is denied at the embassy, there are no options left for now. Is that really true? I thought that after an O-1 refusal you could still reapply or appeal. Anyone who’s been through this — tell me what can actually be done.
Not exactly — there is no appeal against a consular refusal, but no one forbade reapplying.
