Approval after NOID, correcting errors in the media

other approval NOID correction media

✅ other: approval

The applicant received approval after correcting the errors noted in the NOID related to the description of the media.

How the case was assembled (1)
  • Media

Errors in the description and translation were fixed, and third-party sources were added.

How it happened

My media wasn’t counted at first either. But they messed up at the translation stage. They didn’t translate the circulation, the article author, and other publication details. Plus the media themselves were poorly described. The information about the media was taken from the media’s own website rather than from third-party sources. The officer mentioned this in their NOID. I carefully fixed everything according to their recommendations. I don’t know whether they specifically credited this criterion, but there is overall approval.

I think you should definitely include the section if the questions asked allow you to answer them and supplement the description. In final merits it’s still a useful section.

Main insight

“It's important to carefully follow the officer's recommendations and correct the indicated errors to increase the chances of approval.”
