I received a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny). I thought an administrative review was just a delay, but apparently it’s like this. Is this tantamount to a denial, or is it still worth responding and trying to fight it? Has anyone been through this?
There’s a point — NOID is not a final denial; it’s a Notice of Intent to Deny. You usually have 30 days to respond, and with a well-prepared response your chances are good. The key is not to answer with generalities — you must address each specific point of the allegations with evidence.
