I can’t make sense of “управляющие компании” in Italy. What exactly are they in the Italian context and what are they called in Italian? At least knowing the term would help me know where to look and how to search.
In Italy, this is amministratore di condominio (condominium manager) - usually an individual or a small firm. There is no single “management company” like in Russia here; each building chooses its administrator at a residents’ meeting. It’s better to search for information using the word condominio or gestione condominiale.
