Can someone tell me which banks actually open bank accounts for Russians in Italy right now? I’ve read different things everywhere and it’s unclear what’s current. I own property — does that help at all or not?
If you’re registered at that residence, it makes a difference. Most banks in Italy will open an account for you if you have the address registration and a residence permit. Revolut is one of the simpler options; Intesa is an option if you’re in Italy.
