Italy D visa with a child — what to include in the documents if the child is named on the visa?

I’m going through the documents for submission and can’t find one thing. It says to include a copy of the passport showing the main applicant’s D visa. What should be submitted for the child being added? I couldn’t find anything — did I miss something?

Nulla osta is not included in the package for “lavoro autonomo” — only the visa appendix/attachment is required. They did not ask the main applicant with a D visa for anything else. I also had confusion about the child with “al seguito” — I could not understand who exactly is considered the applicant, and whether a copy of the income document for the last full year with a certified translation into Italian is required, and if so, whose income: the D‑visa holder’s or the spouse’s?

Thanks — I thought I was the only one clueless about this “al seguito”. As for income, I understand they look at the holder of the D visa, but I’m not 100% sure myself; I want to figure it out too.

I don’t recall ever being asked separately about the child for the residence permit — maybe it only came up when issuing the tessera sanitaria (health card). If the child is listed as “al seguito”, you submit them together with the main applicant in one package. Or you can later apply separately for the child if for some reason you couldn’t do it right away.

tessera sanitaria (health card) потом отдельным шагом идёт - там онлайн-форма в которой вписываешь членов семьи al seguito с данными: степень родства, ФИО, дата и место рождения. у меня было двое детей al seguito, в провинции всё через эту форму делалось, никаких отдельных пакетов для детей не требовали.
