The Science Discovery Seekers Guild is a distinguished assembly within the Elite Skillset Association, celebrated for its world-class members and meticulous selection process. Our guild epitomizes excellence in the global scientific community, attracting the crème de la crème of scientific professionals from around the world.
The Guild maintains a steadfast membership cap of 100 individuals. Each member represents the pinnacle of dedication, knowledge, and impact in their respective scientific fields, whether they are Biologists, Physicists, Chemists, Astronomers, or other specialists. Each member not only contributes unique expertise and perspectives but also adds to our guild's dynamic environment and innovative spirit.
Membership is dynamic, with scientists joining and leaving throughout the year based on their groundbreaking contributions to science. These contributions are evaluated through a rigorous set of standards that include their H-index (a measure of productivity and impact of the published work), the number of publications in respected journals indexed in databases such as PubMed, Scopus, or Web of Science, and key publications in renowned journals like Nature, Science, The Lancet, Cell, and the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), among others.
Our members are revered for their instrumental roles in pushing the boundaries of scientific knowledge, their expertise in diverse scientific disciplines, their high academic degrees such as Ph.Ds., and their active participation in scientific conferences and seminars. They are innovators, educators, and leaders who have made significant strides in their fields.
Join us in The Science Discovery Seekers Guild, where we are not only propelling the future of science but also setting the bar for scientific excellence. Please note, new members are welcomed when a current member departs, ensuring our guild remains a dynamic, exclusive community of the industry's most accomplished scientists. Be a part of this vibrant community that's always in pursuit of the next scientific revelation.

To become a part of the Science Discovery Seekers Guild, we look for the following:
- Educational Background: While a Ph.D. in a scientific field is highly recommended, a master's degree combined with substantial experience or contribution to the field can also be considered.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in various scientific domains such as life sciences, physical sciences, chemical sciences, earth and environmental sciences, or related areas is required.
- Research Projects and Contributions: Applicants should provide details of research projects they have been involved with, specifying their contributions. This could be through work in research institutions, universities, or independent research.
- Publications and Citations: Having publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals will significantly enhance an application. The quality of the journals where the applicant has published, reflected by factors such as their impact factor, will be taken into account. Further, recent activity in the form of at least one publication within the last six months will add weight to the application.
- Patents and Innovations: While not mandatory, having patents or being involved in the development of innovative scientific techniques or technologies is highly valued.
- Reference Letters: Applicants should provide at least two reference letters from professionals in related scientific fields. This could be a coworker, supervisor, or a respected professional in the scientific community. The standing and reputation of the reference providers will also be considered.
- Conference Participation: Regular involvement in scientific conferences, round tables, or similar forums, where the applicant presents research or contributes to the scientific dialogue, will be beneficial.
- Skills and Proficiencies: Proficiency in using scientific software, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated understanding of current scientific trends and issues are required.
Please note that these criteria are guidelines, and we evaluate each application as a whole, considering all aspects in unison. We're not merely assessing single factors in isolation; rather, we take a holistic approach to appreciate the entirety of an applicant's contributions to science, including the quality of the journals where they have published and the standing of their reference providers. This comprehensive evaluation enables us to select applicants who truly embody the innovative spirit and rigorous scientific mindset that define the Science Discovery Seekers Guild.
